- Register on the NATS Portal: Visit nats.education.gov.in and complete your profile to obtain your NATS Enrollment ID. This ID is mandatory for the application process
- Access the Official Application Portal: Go to the Canara Bank Careers page and navigate to the Apprentice 2025 recruitment section. Alternatively, you can use the IBPS application link provided on the page.
- Initiate New Registration: Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”. The system will generate a provisional registration number and password, which will also be sent to you via SMS and email.
- Fill Out the Application Form:
Complete the form with your personal, academic, and preferred state/district details. Use the SAVE & NEXT option to review your entries before clicking FINAL SUBMIT (note: no edits can be made after submission). - Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration, adhering to the specified size and format.
- Enter NATS Enrollment ID: When prompted, enter your NATS Enrollment ID.
- Pay the Application Fee: The application fee is ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹0 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Payment can be made online through the integrated payment gateway. Upon successful payment, an e-receipt will be generated.
- Finalize and Save Your Application: After submission, print and save a copy of the final application form and the e-receipt for future reference. Ensure you retain your registration number and password securely.

Scale of Pay
Under Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Out of this, ₹10,500 will be provided by the bank and ₹4,500 by the central government, directly credited to the candidate’s account through DBT. This stipend is for the 12-month training program and is completely tax-free. Candidates will not receive any additional benefits such as HRA, DA, medical allowance, transport allowance, or performance-based bonus.
