Who Can Apply?

Scale of Pay

For the Bank of Baroda Apprentices Recruitment 2025, selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend during the apprenticeship period. The stipend amount is ₹15,000 per month for urban branches, ₹12,000 per month for semi-urban branches, and ₹10,000 per month for rural branches. Since this is an apprenticeship program, candidates will not be entitled to any additional allowances or benefits such as DA, HRA, or other employee perks. The apprenticeship will be for a duration of one year, during which candidates will gain practical banking experience and professional training.
